What Is The Law Of Attraction And What Law of Attraction Means?

So, what is the law of attraction? The Law of Attraction is the name given to the belief that focusing on positive or negative thoughts can bring a positive or negative result in your life. The Law of Attraction is an important concept to understand since it’s true that we attract what we believe, feel, and desire. The law of attraction is a universal principle according to which we attract everything we focus on.

This is the power of our brain, which can really translate our dreams and desires into reality. If you concentrate on the feeling of anxiety, fear or stress, then you create negative energy, and it returns to you with excess. The universe does not choose what will be better for you, you choose whether the universe will be positive or negative towards you.

It has probably happened to you to think of someone and by some chance that person appears in your life or to wish for something and things happen by themselves just as you imagined. This is not a coincidence, there is a very clear scientific explanation. The Law of Attraction allows such things to happen. If you’ve had a chance to watch The Secret, then you probably know what I’m talking about.

The scientific explanation is that in nature there is a tendency to attract things of the same energy quality. Simply put, if you have positive thoughts about a situation or person, experiences related to it will have a positive outcome for you. From the scientific point of view, this makes complete sense, but in everyday life there are realization problems.

Have you ever wanted to solve a problem and you are completely positive about it, but the solution is not coming or the situation is getting worse? Of course, the question arises, what is the problem, how come your wishes are not realized? To understand this principle, you need to know how your brain works.

Everything we do is divided into two zones: conscious and subconscious. Our logic, analysis and will belong to the conscious, while the whole process of learning, walking, reading and speaking is in charge of the subconscious.

This is basically very useful. Imagine how hard it would be that every time you want to get up from a chair you have to learn from scratch how to do it. Our conscious actions comprise ten percent, while the unconscious represents ninety percent of everything we do. Why does this matter?

In order for your every wish to come true, the subconscious must have information on how to do it. It collects data by observing and imitating the world around you. In this way, we learn how to walk, talk, eat, but also what is good, bad, we learn about our attitude towards people, money, life.

Thus, by the age of six, our pattern for experiencing a life or the zone of comfort and convenience is formed, which allows us to be safe, out of trouble. If as a child you often heard from your parent’s comments that others are better than you in something, you will develop a subconscious that will not allow you to be successful in that area.

If you try to do something and notice how you are sabotaging yourself, postponing the beginning of realization, you have fears and doubts about it – your consciousness lets you know that you are leaving your comfort zone and that it has no information on what to do. This all sounds a little confusing. Why would we stop ourselves to be happy? However, basically, we do it.

You attract what you are and you create what you think about. Act like the person you want to become. Think like the person you want to become. Nothing changes in your life unless you make the decision and commit to change it. Hold an image in your mind of how you wish to see yourself living.

Our lives are divided between the things that keep us safe and those that make us happy. So there are people who accept the patterns of others and stay safe and explorers, adventurers who are curious and look for things that make them happy. Have you ever watched children behave?

They are not afraid of anything and it is completely normal for them to touch a spider or a neighbor’s big dog, whatever attracts their attention. We are not born with fear, it is the behavior we learn. Visualize it every day and you will unconsciously start to do things that will move you towards that goal.

So, what is the law of attraction? The Law of Attraction is the name given to the belief that focusing on positive or negative thoughts can bring a positive or negative result in your life. The Law of Attraction is a topic that is increasingly talked about by anyone interested in psychology, personal development, and lifestyle enhancement.

As I have known about this technique for several years now, and lately I have listened to several authors who have spoken on this topic, I decided to explore it a little more. In the meantime, I also read the ultra-popular book. The Secret, which talks about an almost identical thing. What is The Law of Attraction? Here are my thoughts. The Law of Attraction is not about manifesting all the time and doing a bunch of techniques.

The Law of Attraction is about being aware of how your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings manifest in your reality. What you believe to be true, The Universe will provide you a proof of. This goes both ways – positive and negative.

The law of attraction is one of the 12 universal laws. Those who believe in this law also believe that we are attracted to live by circumstances that we deserve, that is, that we create and invoke ourselves. The sentence how you radiate, how you attract, best describes the principle according to which this law works.

The law of attraction is given the name according to the belief “like rejoices like” and so by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can get positive or negative results. This belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are created from pure energy and from the belief that energy attracts energy.

When you reach for the thought that feels better, the Universe is now responding differently to you because of that effort. And so, the things that follow you get better and better, too. So it gets easier to reach for the thought that feels better, because you are on ever-increasing, improving platforms that feel better. Abraham Hicks

Of course, there are events and situations that are beyond our control and we can’t do anything to change them. However, we have the ability to choose how to react to them. Remain open to growth and change, and release expectations rooted in ego or fear. Trying to control, will only push you farther away from what you want.

Sometimes, things don’t work out, or things get delayed because the Universe is trying to get our attention. We’re meant to know something else first. When we focus on what didn’t seem to work out on the surface, we block out the lesson that needs to be learned within ourselves. The law of attraction is real.

“As far as I can tell, it’s just about letting the universe know what you want and working toward it, while letting go of how it comes to pass. Your job is not to figure out how it’s going to happen for you, but to open the door in your head. And when the door opens in real life… just walk through it” – Jim Carrey

Manifesting often is called the law of attraction. You want something to happen so you act like you already have it happening. Honestly speaking, the law of attraction is more a mechanism to let someone gain self-confidence and motivation to go towards their dreams. It isn’t some spell.

Instead of focusing on a disease or any health problem, try to be grateful that you have ways to treat it and deal with it while you are working on healing. Always focus on what’s working rather than on what’s not going right.

This Universe is based on attraction, which means every thought of yours immediately attracts ether high vibrational beings or low vibrational beings, who make it easy to continue the thought train you’ve started.

Our job as humans is to hold on to the thoughts of what we want, make it absolutely clear in our minds what we want, and from that, we start to invoke one of the greatest laws in the Universe, and that’s the law of attraction. You become what you think about most, but you also attract what you think about most. —  John Assaraf

The entire world is a projection of your mind; a holographic mirror that reflects your present state of consciousness. This world will not change until you change your perception of it. Believe you have it; know that you can do whatever you set yourself to do; trust the universe and its way of rewarding your love and efforts.

Accept the past for what it is. Don’t sugar coat it and don’t overthink it, trying to come up with reasons for why it happened the way it did. Just let it go. Stop emotionally reacting to it and repeating it in your head. That’s just going to keep it active in your reality.

Once you have let go and unattached from it, set the intentions for what you do want, and then focus on that new perspective and how it would make you feel.

Let go of the idea that your life has to be perfect before you start to love it. Accept where you are right now, but also be aware that you have the power to alter your life. You have the power to create a new chapter, a fresh beginning.

And meanwhile, enjoy the journey. Start to appreciate the fact that you’re alive. Every day is a brand new opportunity to recreate yourself. Be grateful for this chance. Instead of complaining, think about your goals. Do something every day to get closer to them.

The more we dwell on negativity, the more our brains become primed for pessimism and, as such, the more we’re inclined to view the world around us in a negative light. I hope you liked this text.
