Breathe. Feel. let go. Anytime your mind wanders, draw it back. Be fully present go into the center of you!  When you wake up, think about your ideal partner. If there is a person you are in love with, think about that person. Then imagine how he laughs at you and holds your hand. You see him/her enjoying spending time with you. As you imagine, you feel like this is just happening. You need to act like in a dream and believe that it is just happening.

Expect to see your ideal partner during the day. Imagine meeting him on the way to work or shopping. Tell yourself you have a strong feeling that you will see it today. In restaurants or at social gatherings, expect to see your ideal partner. Think about what you will say when you meet him. All this time, imagine how happy he will be to see you.

We are too involved in materialistic things, and they don’t satisfy us. The living relationships we have, the universe around us, we take these for granted.

Act like you’re already dating that person. You can do that when you go to the movies, shopping. Now live out your desire. Imagine sitting next to your partner. How you talk to him and share jokes. Remember, the feelings you feel when you live out your desire must be strong. You should be very happy and actually make sure this is already happening. Here are a few steps on how to manifest true love into your life now.

1. Visualize Love

Most love visualization exercises encourage you to perfect a vivid image of you with a loved one. However, if you clearly want to create these mental images, you need to have the clearest possible idea of what your true love will be like.

If you miss the details, you can send mixed signals into space, and then it is harder to manifest what you really want. Think of the process as ordering from a catalog – if you send an illegible order form, you won’t get anything or (perhaps worse) something you don’t want!

The idea is to find a song that evokes deep and strong feelings of love that you want to experience with your soulmate. Every time you listen to a song, allow your mind to create gorgeous images that reflect the relationship you know you can have.

2. Meditation for Love

Meditate and be mindful as much as possible. Try to be present and mindful of your body and thoughts!

We know that involving emotions can often be very problematic. Strong attachment, strong love, strong hatred, can greatly distort our consciousness. But we also know that emotions can elevate us, inspire us, motivate us. So why not use the power of emotions, especially positive ones, for our spiritual search.

How do we do this meditation? How do we develop a love and attract love into our lives? Suppose you exercise in the usual way. You sit in a comfortable position, with your arms in your lap or on your knees, you relax your body and focus on the feeling when breathing, you are aware of every inhale and exhale. Let’s say you do this for half an hour every day.

  1. Love is my ultimate intention.
  2. I am worthy of love and deserve to receive love in abundance.
  3. I attract loving and caring people into my life.
  4. My role in my relationship isn’t to save my partner, it’s to be a support system for them.
  5. I completely open my heart up to love and understand that I truly deserve love.
  6. My thoughts about love are positive.
  7. I am a magnet for positive relationships.
  8. I deserve to get the love I receive and I open myself up to receiving love.
  9. I am ready for true love.
  10. I attract a high vibe of people and experiences.

Repeat these words within yourself, repeat these positive affirmations, these well-intentioned desires within yourself. And while your attention is still focused on the center of your chest, think of one person you really love, one person you love to be in,
and do the same thing.

3. How to Manifest Love With Gratitude

If you aren’t grateful for what you already have, what makes you think you would be happy with more. This one is quite short and simple. I have a gratitude journal that I like to write in, or, I like to write letters to the universe to just say thank you and sit there for a moment and appreciate all that I have now and all that I have accomplished.

Remember to thank your future partner. Always thank them, even if it’s something they do every day for you. Never stop feeling grateful for them. Don’t just say ‘thank you’ mindlessly. Appreciate them and everything they do, every single day.

There is something in us that always makes us attach more importance to what we do not have instead of what we have, whether it is something material, relationships, recognitions, successes or Love.

Very often, due to too much focus on what we lack, all the wealth remains hidden from our eyes, simply because we do not look in that direction. Sometimes it seems to me that there is a greater human need to be unhappy than to be happy.

How else to explain that, fortunately, we are forever missing something? It does not occur to us that happiness does not mean having everything, but being grateful for all that life has given us. And that is certainly not a small thing that we will notice as soon as we pay attention instead of implying.

Happiness springs from Love, and Love from gratitude.
