Take a deep breath in, hold it, and then slowly exhale. When you breathe in, notice how your body feels. Feel your feet on the floor, your hands on the keyboard or phone. Notice how your chest rises and falls gently with each breath. Focus on your breathing for a few seconds.

Inhale again and feel the air filling up your lungs. Exhale slowly, watching as everything relaxes.
