Instead of acting like a powerless victim and feeling like everything and everyone is against you, you can ask yourself the following questions:
What if I could use this crisis to reconsider my priorities in life?
If you look at things from such a perspective, you will never have the fear of change, because you can always focus on a positive result. Focus on positive thoughts and your brain will simply get used to them and you will become a more optimistic person.
