The journey begins within. Practicing treating the body with love and respect. Putting high vibrational foods into the body. Foods treated with love will bless the mind/body/spirit complex. Stretching the body. Age is defined by the flexibility of one’s spine. Sitting with the body. Allowing yourself to take time for daily meditation.
They will help heal blockages within the self. Practicing self-love and forgiveness to all facets of the self. We are divine beings. It only gets better from here!
We like the particles in our food and drink to vibrate at a certain rate, and if it doesn’t we’re not happy with it.
Raising the vibration of the physical body is a complex process that is simultaneously accompanied by the development of consciousness. If you are already meditating or simply coming to Cognition through your life experiences, you are removing psychological, emotional and energy blocks.
Energy blockages manifest in the body in the form of the disease. As you get rid of the blockage, the body heals slowly, allowing it to lift its vibration.
Meats, for example, have a very low vibration and often make you feel tired or lethargic after consumption! It is better to nourish yourself with fuel that holds a higher vibration.
Food that raises the vibration means any raw food, especially fruits and vegetables. The best is one that is naturally grown, and even better, freshly harvested. They also include cereals and nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and other cold-pressed oils.
Foods With High Water Contents
it is very easy to influence water and increase its vibration! blessing your food to be nourishing and fulfilling and for its vibration to be heightened is an incredible way to boost your meal! there is scientific research showing the effects that thoughts and intentions have over water on a molecular level (search up the Emoto Water Experiment!)
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, peeled apples and grapes, melons, and avocados are fruits with high vibrations!
carrots, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, greens, and broccoli are vegetables with high vibrations! try to stay away from starchy vegetables like potatoes, corn, and peas.
Herbal teas and infusions
Tea. Teas and infusions hold a very high vibration. Try to stay away from teas with dairy or loads of sugar, though!
Olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil all hold a relatively high vibration! You can use these as substitutes for canola oil.
Nuts, seeds, and grains
Almonds, chia seeds, oatmeal, and brown rice are all foods with high vibrations! I like to snack on almonds or add chia seeds to my oatmeal! Brown rice is much better than white rice as white rice is stripped of the germ and bran that holds its nutrients!
Overall, the biggest thing id recommend is just making sure you’re drinking lots of water and blessing your food! this is one of the best things you can do!!
And yes I understand that not all foods are fully accessible to everyone! I am not bashing anyone who eats meat or chooses not to have a plant-based diet! I’m pescatarian myself
